Hometown: Jupiter, FL
I am passionate about: making my patients feel empowered and confident in their choices for a healthy life and healthy pregnancy. Outside of work, I love movies, books, baking, making people laugh and spending time with friends and family.
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be an: attorney. I can only really imagine myself advocating for others in some capacity.
My most memorable travel destination was: to the Arctic Circle in northern Sweden where I stayed at the Ice Hotel, fed reindeer and rode on a dog sled.
I knew I wanted to become a midwife when: I spent time at a hospital where there was a lack of education and support for women before, during and after childbirth. I found that I easily established a connection with my patients and I could really make a positive difference in people’s lives and health.
Something that I have learned from my patients is: the value of being honest and transparent.
My personal health goals are: to get more sleep and practice yoga regularly.
My most valuable achievements are: tied to my relationships with others. I work hard to be a good daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and midwife.
